Great product!!
This is an AWESOME hair remover. Totally painless, doesn’t pull like some do. And does a great job at removing the hair. Easy and quick to charge. I also like how small it is. Thank you so much!

Complete rip-off!
I am not satisfied with my order. First of all, there were items missing. The replacementhead, the A/C adapter, the black pouch, and the protective cover were not included withmy order. The brochure stated that my skin would need 2 weeks to adjust to the razor inorder to get a smooth shave. I used it everyday for 2 weeks with no improvement.Now, It’s been a couple of months and I still don’t have a smooth shave. My skin wasclean and completely dry with no cream or cosmetic residue. Now, the unit isno longer working.Michelle (wife of Robert).

Difficult to use.
The face hair remover was okay. It did leave some knotted hairs on one of my cheeks. The leg hair remover just doesn't work very well. You have to over and over the same area to get the hair off and I don't have all that much hair. I used it on my arms and it does not shave down to the skin so I have little stubble knots to cut off. I would not recommend this product at this time.

Worthless as a hair removal device
Stupid me. Thought this was a new epilator. I tried it once and it felt like I’d spent time doing nothing. Once you epilate you’llNever go back to a mere shaver
