I cut these down a little to fit in my daughter's pants and they are perfect. I am sure you can get more padding, but we wanted just enough so she could move.

Poor customer service
Ordered. Had to wait for football season to begin ti see if the pads would fit in our 12 year olds football pants. He just received the pants yesterday They didnt fit. So now i try to return and they are not returnable.

fell apart on day 3 of football practice
