I bought this expecting it to be “OK” however, this product if first class. HIGHLY recommend. I use it on my Vans & never travel without it..

Delivered promptly when they said it would and this despite the Christmas rush.
The product was brand new as advertised, I had previously received one from a different company not through Amazon, which was described as new but on arrival showed significant signs of wear. Needless to say it was returned.

Don’t Buy as it will stop working and maybe set your car on fire when it does.
Do not buy this item it is dangerous used a couple of times before cable actually completely melted even though an inline fuse in cable which did not blow as should have done. 4 months after purchasing this happened and seller stated only guaranteed for 90 days told to contact manufacturer, checked address and an American address for suppliers. Contacted but received no reply and then tried to get my rights of a return and refund from Amazon A-Z Guarantee but they refused to do anything. So have a useless item that does not work which cost £48.99. Amazon should have refunded as there are consumer rights in UK and I am contacting them about this matter, also new items should automatically have a 12 month guarantee.
