Installation was super-easy without issues. I had higher expectation for the Pause button and expected it work as a switch. In reality you have to keep it pressed to stop the water. So you can't adjust temperature and the stream and then switch it on and off but this is not why I give four stars. The issue is that the retractable hose doesn't return back to its position despite couter-weight - I have to force it back. The is issue is relatively minor so the only one point removed.Can't comment on reliability and durability - too soon. But it seems that hoses, if they leak, will be difficult to replace, if possible at all.

I got the brushed nickel but the deck plate is that outdated chrome which I was getting rid of. The biggest disappointment was the flimsy quality of the deck plate. There is no mechanism to secure it in the usual three locations so there is a gap on the outer portions where the deck meets the sink. Be careful tightening it because the deck plate is so thin! Had to use clear silicone to make sure no water went under the outer edges that couldn't be set flush. The faucet itself looks nice and works well but not high quality metal parts so I suspect the lifespan won't be very long. I would not buy this one again.

This was super easy to install. I am normally not a real hands on fixer at my house but this was SUPER easy to install. Just make sure you dont pinch the hose lines!

We installed this yesterday for my elderly parents installation went fine. It looks good but have very little pressure and half of the old 25 year old one. We removed the faucet and made sure nothing got sucked into it upon the initial turn on. All lines are clear. We reinstalled it and same thing. I told them to use it for a day or so if the pressure dosent increase we need to return it. The problem is the old one was mostly copper tubes and we had to cut it out. So we would need a replacement before we could sent this on back.

Wonderful faucet for the price.. works wonderfully. It was just installed...only down fall was I had to switch some fitting to hook it up to my old setup but it wasn’t difficult

I am happy with the quality of this kitchen faucet and it is exactly working as expected. The pull out apray head worked well with the anchor and installation was no different than other pull out faucet. Overall seems decent quality and durable. Good price for the value

It was easy enough to install and works, but you can really tell it wasn’t expensive. For instance, when you tighten it down using the plate to cover open holes in the sink, the plate has a slight bend in the middle that causes the ends to lift. Also, pulling down the head of the faucet and putting it back in place isn’t very smooth. But it works okay considering the low cost.

This is an awesome faucet if you are flipping a house, or you are only going to be using it for 4 months. Really it does look expensive. Like other negative reviews, I faucet started leaking out of the side of the pull-down head after about 4 months. Only 2 people live in our house, and we used the pull-down sprayer, Iike 4 times. It is cheap, but I was hoping to at least get a year out of it.
