Missing 1 piece
Loved working on this piece. But VERY frustrating that 1 piece was missing.😒

No fun when pieces are missing.
It is not gratifying to put together a puzzle only to discover that there are missing pieces--three, to be exact. Challenging puzzle with a beautiful image but I will break apart and return.

Product was not satisfactory.
This was the third puzzle we got from this company. The first two were fine but this one, not so much. First, there were two missing pieces. In addition there were 9, yes 9 extra pieces. Mainly they were duplicates -7 were. Needless to say, we will not be using this company in the future. Puzzles help to pass the time during this worse than all-time situation and we will continue to use this technique.

Missing some pieces, extra unneeded pieces. Impossible to complete
I knew there was a problem when I discovered there were 5 corner pieces. Next time I will order a puzzle made by a company that has a good reputation for making quality puzzles.
