Solo SU100 Commercial Stainless Steel 100Cup Hot Water Urn with Manual Temperature Control

It went dead after two months. There is no info about repairs or how to contact the manufacturer.No manual, only one sheet of paper instructions with small prints. No contact company name or address.The body is brand new. Don't know what to do with it.

I am a caterer and I bought this to use at a morning Easter Egg Hunt I was hosting at a park. I put hot chocolate in it, which was difficult to clean out of the tube on the side, but it is only labeled for water. So I figured that is not the fault of the manufacturer. It works very well but be warned, it is VERY LARGE, which is what I bought it for. It worked well for our large crowd, but I would not recommend it for a crowd smaller than 50 people. We had a crowd of 80-100 and it was perfect size, did not need to refill it at all. I would have given it 5 stars, but I was disappointed in the fact that there is NO WARNING LABELS on the exterior even though the EXTERIOR gets VERY HOT! It states it in the paperwork that comes with it, but unless you plan on having your guests read the booklet before they get a drink, it would be wise to add "caution hot" signs yourself. For myself, I purchased some bright orange duct tape and wrote CAUTION HOT on it with permanent marker, then slapped it on the exterior in several locations. It doesn't look "professional" but it does the job and doesn't get me sued.

it went bad couple week ago. when I plug it and light is on, but not hot at all. , it is very good and hot at beginning.

Very happy with this purchase. Gas line in home had to be temporiarily shut down due to plumbing repairs. Needed hot water and this product was an excellant short term choice.
