Household Scissors 7" Spirale No. 12518, Made by Kretzer Solingen/Germany

These are hefty, sharp cutting scissors. For those who dislike the plastic handled style with the stamped metal blades, these are finely ground and well polished with a beautiful feel to the hand. I see no mill work or grind marks. They have some weight and length to them. These scissors feel like a well-crafted tool. Mine will do office work, but would serve very well on the sewing table. I'm very satisfied.

I end up cutting a lot of stuff at my desk. These are the best scissors. They are expensive, but if you cut things regularly, they are completely worth it. I haven't tried it yet, but they look easy to take apart and sharpen when the time comes.

Great set of scissors. They remind me of the old ones grandma used to use when she sewed. They are super sharp and well made. Good buy for the price.

Pretty good. Reasonable for the price.

The screw holding the two blades together loosens with any use at all. If not tightened constantly, the two sharp blades will come apart. Tightening the screw makes it so tight, that cutting become difficult. I'm going to throw them away, they're dangerous!!
