NOW Foods Water Out - 100 Veg Capsules

This stuff does exactly what it says. It gets the water out!! The first two pills dosage that I took had started working a couple of hours later. I had a full flow. It has some great ingredients. Uva Ursi, Dandelion, Potassium and B6 to name a few.

Been using for years as needed on occasion as I tend to bloat, get puffy and retain fluid. Works great with noticeable fluid reduction . You will pee more !

I really liked that it was easy to digest, and easy to use just followed the directions.

I give this product 3 stars simply because I am very loyal to this company and can't bring myself to score it any lower. I get almost all of my nutraceuticals from this company. Their products work great, but in this particular instance this "water Out" didn't do anything for me. I tend to retain water every now and then. Unfortunately this product couldn't help me with my water retention problems. Everyone is different I suppose.

It worked quickly for me. It did help a lot with the swelling in my feet and hands. I am very satisfied and will continue using Water Out
