Brand on package not as advertized.
Not sure if these are Matfer Bourgeat because the brand printed on package is different. They work fine but can't compare because I'm not sure of the manufacturer of these particular gloves.

not as advertised
I just received these gloves. No where on them do they say Matfer Bourgeat. They are in a bag that says MAPA Gantex 520. There is a little sticker on them with the right number, 262291, which anyone could have stuck on the plastic and the packaging seems odd. They are not for me, they are a gift for someone I know that makes candy so I have no idea if they work or not. I'm disappointed and feel alittle swindled.

Used these with sugar caramel and isomalt, and these gloves saved us from burns. You feel the heat, but these gloves give you the protection time to remove the hot sugar with no harm to skin. Thanks!

These are crap
These are the thinnest white rubber gloves that could be imagined. I think for about $3 at Walmart I can find better in the toilet cleaning gloves department. They did not work well for making candy canes. They got so hot so quickly that I was only able to make a single cane out of a full recipe. It is just too much trouble to return them.Rauleigh

Not a insulated glove
Kitchen gloves are thicker. And you will get burnt making candy with these gloves.

Revendeur douteux
