This is good shampoo product and have ordered it many times.Latest shampoo bottle inside was in vacuum so it looked dented..Opened it: and the different liquids were not mixed. and did not smell right It has either been stored wrong or it is not fresh or both.Someone had noticed also that it may be defective and packaged it carefully in plastic bag, If it is an Amazon robot that does such thing they should also make it easy to give feedback. Tried to contact customer service when got a plastic tube for saw dust exhaust that had a strong chemical smaell and was sticky like they used non safe plastic softener.To my surprice their robot said they are not interested. Amazon customer service contacts are just for customer service people not for customers to contact them .They should be interested in helping people not filling dumpsters with possibly unsafe items when there are good safe alternatives also available.Sometimes such products with strong chemical smell could be even used to hide something.

It seems to help a little with the oil, my hair stays clean a day-two longer.I don’t like the consistence, it’s too liquid

Smaller bottle than expected for the price. It worked alright, but not great. Loved the lather and it left my ends very moist, but for the price of a good conditioner and neutrogena shampoo I could get the same effect.

Why did they change the formula? The old shampoo that came in a metal bottle was the best and worked perfectly! This new formula doesn’t work and the smell is awful 😩

I guess all hair types react differently to various products. Had issues with my hair being even more greasy after using this. What bums me out the most was that I expected it to be better considering the rather steep price.

This is not the same product as the Phyto Cedrat that was offered in the metal bottle. That was the best shampoo I had ever found for my time, oily hair. This does nothing. Why did they change the formula?

I have to shower every day or my hair looks really greasy, so I bought this to try to reduce the amount of shampoos I would need. It almost seemed to make my hair oilier.

This is an odd product. I read a review that it was good for oily roots so I took a chance. I do not love it. It is extremely runny and yet does not spread through the hair when lathering. I am not sure I'm seeing any change after several weeks of use.

Shampooing acheté en même temps qu'un autre de la même marque je j'utilise en alternance pour éviter pellicules et démangeaisons. Utilisé depuis quelques semaines, il semble faire effet.

It is expensive yes, it is the best yes. I have use it for 10 years now and it has never let me down.
