Hey all!! I got this bag on Aug 2019, found a message/ a tag in the bag about reviewing about this Product and getting a surprise gift. Let me tell you honestly I was little excited to receive the surprise gift, quite natural for a human being😁 Then I made my reviews too in the page. Till this date I haven’t received any surprise gift!! Now I am realising this could be the reason why I could see huge rating for this bag before purchasing. Just to get more reviews misleading the customers by sending this kind of messages can be avoided by Koshh.However the bag is really good. Happy purchasing all.

1. Like Bag will all pockets fulled with good zip material2. Dislike- No bag handle to lift bag. it is compulsory to take back on shoulders.

1. The bag had a manufacturing defect where the inner water proof lining was not stitched at the joints. Same was reported to the manufacturer.2. The laptop compartment strap is loose and not secure enough to hold the laptop firmly.This could be a much better product if these problems are addressed.
