I don't have experience with other treadmill lubes to do a meaningful comparison, but this seems to work. The product arrived quickly and the seller sent an email with instructions, which was very helpful. It comes with three caps: the product cover cap, a regular squeeze cap, and a cap that connects the extension lube for inserting under the tread. My belt was dry so I used most of the bottle.Note: This is a real review. The price was good, delivery on time. This bottle had 4 times the single dose options for the less $$. Product works great. The tube dispenser makes it really easy to apply cleanly. It also makes it hard to tell exactly how much is being applied with the length of the tube and some being pulled back into the bottle when releasing the squeeze. So I erred to the lesser side and made a couple of applications to get what was needed. both applicator caps (short and tube) fit well, no leaks.

I thought the silicone would reduce the amount of heat I got from the tread after 2 miles of walking on the treadmill. I guess it reduced the frictional heat somewhat but, not as much as I originally imagined. It still is better than not lubrication under the tread.

Work okay but is too thin and leaked out the side of my treadmill belt.

The applicator extension is perfect for getting to the center of the treadmill belt. Very easy to use. I marked off the side of the bottle with a sharpie marker to indicate how much I should use for each application. This helped me know how much was going onto the belt. No smell, no mess when following directions. Very happy with purchase.

Received an email after purchase from the supplier with instructions on lubing our treadmill belt, and I marked the application tube one inch from the end (to stop squeezing lube at one inch from the edge of the belt) and the bottle contents into 8ths with a sharpie to use appropriate amount, while saving the rest for later lube.

Since 2013, start with OEM lube with out tube, some 3rd party lube with skinny not long enough tube,finally "Exclusive Peaks Silicone lube with long enough fat tube" to able to do real lube job painlessly, thank you, thank you!!

Very easy to use- the extension helps get up under the belt for even distribution of product. Quiets things nicely.
