Useless Product !!
It worked exactly for 20 days and during that period, I would have used the product about 4 or 5 times, and then it stopped working suddenly. I thought that maybe the battery had drained out and hence replaced the battery with a new duracell but to no avail !! It is a useless product !! Dont waste your money !!

It does what its name says(remove hair flawlessly)
It is very smooth on skin, removed all facial hair smoothly and completely. Only issue was with packing. It should come with bubble wrap/thermacoal. Thank god my product was not damaged... but it could have been. So plz send it in bubble wrapping atleast. Otherwise five stars to this product

Worth the price
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It's easy to use and plucks out fine facial hair without any pain at all! Worked great on upper lip hair. For the price it's reasonable and works well, it's pretty easy to clean too. Also the design is pretty handy.However I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone who needs to use it on longer or thicker facial hair.The device is battery based, and doesn't come with a charging device, so how it operates on battery only in the long run is to be seen.Other than that the product is great and worth the price.

Easy to use and can say its an instant wax. But im little disappointed bcz i got a battery operated product. I didn't get any USB.

Unpredictable working
Due to damaged one, I returned it. But again got the damage piece with missing charger. The worst product I have ever bought. Worst service. Don't buy it.

It's really flawless...
