Coaching The Modern 4-2-3-1 Soccer Formation: Tactical Essentials & Training Exercises

Im new to soccer strategy and I use this formation in FIFA 21. This helped me tremendously to understand what's going on!

I found this book to be very useful as a introduction to the 4-2-3-1

Very informative in understanding the 4-2-3-1 formation.

I will not really recommended ... it's fine if you want to read something about players positions but for the rest ... you can find everything for free online.The first impression was very bad ... it looks like somebody just printed a few pages and sold them.

This book gives an overview of the 4-2-3-1 system of play. It is good for a coach thinking about switching to this alignment. I would like to see additional details and drills.

Great introduction to a system I hope to implement for my boys high school team this upcoming 2017 spring season.

Easy to read didn't need to over analyze everything. Great simple practices and went to attack then defend. Good job

Very basic overview. Any coach who has experimented with various formations would know most everything in this book.

This may be okay for coaches that are brand new to coaching but it lacks any real depth. The illustrations are poor and the overall quality of the publishing is not good. Looks like all the money went on the cover. This book feels like a 15 year old school project. This item is not as described and is not what you would expect from a guy that supposedly has so much experience. I could throw something like this together in a day or 2.

As a level 1 coach of a youth team I've read a number of these books. I've also attended many workshops on coaching from a business view. Still working through the book, but the first 3 chapters I've found Very useful. Makes you Think about how you coach and re-assess yourself, with some great insights into why drills break down and how to prevent it. A real eye-opener and that's only the first part.If you're a new coach, or are losing too many games or simply want to gain fresh ideas buy this book.

Gut erklärt und sehr interessante Trainingsübungen. Für 8,- klare Empfehlung von mir.Ist aber auf Englisch, aber das las auch leichter als erwartet
