I Love this item, it is beautiful. The wood burning flame light looks very Realistic, and the exterior is nice. I use the flame light as a night light by itself & it is very Quiet/Silent. When using the heating option it is very efficient and has a comfortable warm heat, and happily it only has a very low airflow sound. Works very well. This unit sits securely on top of my bedroom chester drawer. Only when turning on the heat option for the 1st time it takes a couple of minutes to get the new smell out & After that there is absolutely No smell, No odor at all. This is a very nice electric fireplace light & heater.

I like the size of the fireplace, but for it to be more conveniently utilized, it needs a remote. Also, if you are going to include a manual that is supposedly targeted at an English speaking audience, you need to have someone write it who understands how to write in English. The manual is very poorly written--numerous spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. This inferior manual does not speak well for the manufacturer. Example from the manual: "In order to avoid any danger, the cable must be changed by the special person from manufacture, maintain department or relative department if the cable there is any broken." I haven't a clue what this means.

It’s a little work horse! I ordered this for a second story bathroom that is always cold in the morning due to turning the thermostat down at night.Every morning I turn the heater on while waiting for my coffee. By the time I pour my first cup the room is completely heated and I don’t have to turn the thermostat on, which is a big deal for the size of our house.It does sound like a heater though, not loud, but you certainly know it’s on. I listen to podcasts while getting ready in the morning and honestly after the first couple days, you no longer hear it.It really is a mini fireplace. Cute and effective, I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this little heater! I want a fireplace so badly, for the ambiance and comfy vibe, but live in an apartment without one. This little heater fakes me into feeling like I have one. There are 2 settings, low and high. I mostly keep it on low to save electricity, but high will warm up a small room pretty quickly. I bought some “campfire” incense to add to the real fireplace mind trick. The heater is little in size, which I definitely like.

I've been looking for a fireplace type electric heater to replace a plastic fan heater I don't trust. I searched for several models on Amazon with various features. This had all the features I wanted.Pros : Three settings on/of with fire mode, 600 watt heat mode, 1200 watt heat mode.Sturdy metal construction, I though it would be a thinner metal, but this is a solid piece.Three pronged plug on a heavy duty cord! I have seen many fan type heating elements that only have two prong plugs and thin cords which tend to get warm. The cord is 6 feet.It has a quiet fan for moving heated air, other units I have are very loud in fan mode.Cons: If it had a bigger fan it would probably circulate air better, like the fan style heaters I'm used to but it still heats up the small bedroom we are using it in.

Keep infront of salon chair to keep clients warm. Mostly use it for ambiance and it gives the “illusion” of being warmer. My clients are always chilly... lol
