Sumex AOB538T Lateral Sunshade, Animals, Bull, 38X65 cm

I purchased this not for a car, but to block out intrusive communal lighting shining through a side window that can't be curtained. The shade is very thick - thicker than others that I have used - and therefore did the job very well indeed. I am reasonably optimistic that the shade will also block out the blinding sunshine which intrudes through the same window in the summertime. In my opinion, the shade is too thick to be safely used in a moving motor vehicle as it appears to be too opaque to see through and one needs to see through the rear window. Also, the suckers are, of course, not great (although they equal ones on similar products) so the shade sometimes stays up all night and sometimes comes down, particularly if windy outside; given this, I do imagine that a moving vehicle might shift this off the window, but I don't have any actual experience of that. The shade was delivered in its collapsed state, in a small envelope; this meant that the shade was a bit creased and does remain so, but this is not a real problem. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase as it has fulfilled the purpose for which it was bought. It was very reasonably priced and arrived in good time.

Needed these blinds for my doggy in the back! I did have baby blinds, but they made my care look a little ugly and I no longer wanted to look like I had a child! These are perfect and make my car look a lot slicker. They also stop people being able to look in, but enables you to look out which is brilliant!! Super easy to fit and overall happy. Not 5 star because the mesh has come away from the sucker bit, however this does not affect performance and no light is being allowed through!

After seeing the crazy prices for Fords own items and being very unimpressed by the small, single layer square alternatives that seem to proliferate everywhere else, I decided to go for the Sumex shade due to the size and price.These are excellent and fit perfectly on my 2009 Ford Focus estate (just a small part of the window remains uncovered near the curved section of the shade, but this hasn't affected the children in the back). The triple layer is very effective at blocking out the sunlight and the mesh is very good quality.Whilst not needed for me, I did follow the tip given in many other reviews to quickly dip the 2 suckers in boiling water to ensure any distortion from the folding during posting was eliminated - this takes only the time needed to boil the kettle! The suckers work very well.Overall, very impressed with this item, fantastic value and would highly recommend especially dimensions in relation to a 2009 Ford Focus.

Hmmm… okay, so it blocks the sun out which is what I wanted for my dog, but it blocks the view too so I can’t really use it! Suction is terrible, but it’s so long I can tuck it in the window slats!

If they’d keep the shape depicted they’d be absolutely ideal but they ballooned out so it made them too high for the intended window

I have previously purchased a set of colourful roll down sun shades from a high street store paying £14, they were rubbish! having searched online, I came across these sun shades and took a gamble due to their reviews, I have not been disappointed,These shades offer UV protection, which many shades do not. Yes they are not very pleasing on the eye but I want function rather than just looking pleasing to the eye. The suction cups attached the the window first time and have remained in place for over 2 weeks. I have driven over numerous speed bumps as well as on both city and motorway roads and they have not moved. I have Vauxhall Astra and the shades almost fill the full rear passenger window. I have found however the sun appears to shine through the smaller rear passenger window so moved the shades so they now are positioned across both windows. My son has been shaded from the sun so I am a happy mummy!They are very cost effective and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend these shades to anyone looking for sun protection for their little one. The shade does exactly as it should and keeps the sun off my child's face. It covers most of the window on the back passenger door, only leaving a little strip. I have been using it for a couple of months now and the auction is good, only falling off once. The only problem that I found it because they are quite dark they do impair your vision when driving, however this would probably be the case with most shades. I did not want the colourful animal shades that you can buy, but perhaps they would be easier to see through you back windows when merging.

Overall i cant rate this product any higher, the quality feels great, the suckers were hard to get off even though they were a little squashed in transit, thankfully it has pulls on the back so you can get them off without needing to pull the material and that great suction is a big plus point against some of the others i am sure are out there.It blocks a lot of the light coming through but you can still see through it very easily and if it doesnt fit your windows quite right, like it didnt in my Civic Type R, it does adjust to fit rather well.In short, great product for pretty much any 3 door car with this type of window

Quitan casi todo el sol pero no son opacos, por lo que se puede ver conduciendo.Se adaptan a la ventana y forma aprox y llevan dos ventosas para si agarreMuy contento

Ero un pó scettico per la visuale che avrei potuto avere, e per la quantità di luce che sarebbe potuta filtare, dovendo proteggere i miei cani dal sole di agosto. Risultato perfetto. Nessun problema per i cani, e visuale quasi anche migliore di notte che non con il sole. C'é solo un angolo di inclinazione che quando é raggiunto dal sole, crea un effetto che a me personalmente da fastidio. Questo peró dipende dall'inclinazione del lunotto posteriore della mia macchina, quindi non é affatto detto che si verifichi su altre vetture (yaris del 2007). Compre tutti gli spazi e le ventose tengono benissimo a più di 2 mesi dal primo utilizzo

I have a 2013 Kia Picanto (5 doors), it fits the window, including the 'little corner window'.It's almost full coverage, sufficiant to block the sun and protect our baby etc.However the '3-layer' mesh is made to 1 thick layer, which makes it dark, but hard to look thru when driving.As it blocks the view when driving, I'm giving 4 stars. Product should be made safe for driving; adjust the mesh thickness and it'll be perfect.

On avait acheté un pare-soleil dans un magasin (bébé9) qui était franchement ridicule, cher pour ce que c'était et avait une couverture médiocre.Le sun block couvre pratiquement toute la vitre de la 207 ainsi que de l’Opel meriva, pour le prix c'est vraiment bien. Certaines ventouses sont un peu déformées à l'arrivée à cause de l'emballage mais suffit de forcer un peu et ça reprendra sa forme avec le temps.Merci !
