I prefer this brand of vitamins. It’s high quality is why I keep coming back. I take this at night to help keep me asleep through the “3-am”hump. It is effective, easy to use alternative to sleep aid. The capsules are quite large. I would say it’s average value for money.

Take this each night with some herbal sleep supplements and have found it to be super effective im calming my system to allow me to sleep.

This supplement is amazing! I've suffered for the last 12 years of far too many illnesses to list here, (I won't bore you with details), and have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars on tests, Dr's, meds & supplements. After years of trial, (and error!), I'm slowly working my way back to health....naturally. A functional medicine nurse practicer encouraged me to begin taking this almost 3 months ago and it has made a WORLD of difference for me! I've begun a few other new things as well, but I can testify to the specific effectiveness of Design For Health's PS because I purchased another brand after the first bottle ran out to try to save a little money. Even though the other brand was natural & did help some, (which is better than not taking PS at all), I felt like the progress I had made was reversing. I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in brain fog, cognitive ability, memory & sleep again after I switched back to the DFH brand. I learned my lesson well! It is money well-spent...hope has arrived!! :)

Just received my first order. I recognized that I have several dna mutation’s that wreak havoc on my body. I take several supplements a lot of methylated b vitamins that help significantly. After listening to Dr. Dan Percer I believe I need this as well. I’ll let you know how it works! 🙌🏼🙏

Calidad superior

A little expensive but it is a good product.

It keeps me from waking up at 4 a.m. due to my high cortisol level

I feel like I got ripped off. This was a small bottle that was way too expensive and don't feel like it's doing anything for me. I took a gamble paying way too much cuz of the reviews. Disappointed
