It taste better than Butter
This marinade is beyond good. I heard it mentioned on YouTube by several different individuals discussing marinades for pork butts and chicken. I used this marinade on a pork butt this past weekend and the result was nothing but fantastic. We injected the marinade using the Quick Grill 2 oz Steel Deluxe Seasoning & Marinade Injector. Use plenty of the marinade. It cooks off great but leaves the meat vey tender with a great flavor.

Fried Turkey
I first purchased this product for Thanksgiving 2013 at my local Sams Club. When I went back to purchase it again, I was told that Sams only carry this product at Thanksgiving. Ok, so what was I to do for Christmas? i went on line and found the item on Amazon, in which the item is larger and a better price. Great deal!!!

May send you an out of date batch beware!
The product date had expired when I received it .. I called and they told me not to return it. They said they would send a new one, but I never got it..sooo no I am not happy with this product.. I also did not get a credit for it.

Great for holiday turkey , large amout is great , instead of two small jars I useless use, had plenty left over for other things

Best thanksgiving turkey!!
Great tasting. Be careful though, quite salty to use by itself as gravy. I used it to flavor the gravy not be the gravy.

Out dated product was received
The Cajun Injector Marinade was ordered on January 21, 2013 and arrived on January 23, 2013. Everything was fine until I noticed I had received out dated product. The lid plainly stated "Best before 12/2012". This product is no good to me if out dated.

I Love Cajun spice, BUT NOT THIS SLOP!
My first and second try at injection = NOT GOOD!I will dump the rest of this slop!I was asked by amazon to revise my review 30 min. later ?OK I tried the marinade in 2 chickens, 1 on a rotissorie and one on a beer can roaster!They both SUCKED, I have years of cooking chicken, but never came out that bad!!!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Delicious
I use this marinade every time I fry a turkey or chicken. Just inject, season the outside as normal, deep fry in peanut oil & you've got the BEST juicy meat ever! My family loves it. I've tried other marinades, but the creole butter is my personal fave!
