I really tried to like these. The flavor itself was ok, but I cannot get past the texture. The first crunch I said "mmm, nice and crispy and good flavor". Then I chewed. Um, this is a big no for me. The texture is kinda gritty and just wholly unpleasant.I love shiitake mushrooms. They are my favorite fungus, and I use them extensively. But this product is just bad for me. I don't really pick up any shiitake flavor when I chew these, but they dissolve into a very unpleasant texture. Mushy, a bit chewy, gritty...nope, not for me.I threw all of them away, unfortunately, after a taste. I simply cannot get past the texture, and the rest of the family agreed. The taste isn't good enough to try to salvage them.

Great, crunchy, lots of flavor, best alternative to traditional chips. Wiped out each bag in a sitting.

This is one of my favorite products. Unique, healthy and delicious. Definitely recommended!

These Chips are amazing. They are made from real shiitake mushrooms. They are crunchy like a chip, and have great flavor. They are healthy and cool. I eat them in the coffee shop and people ask me about them!!
