This Clock is exactly what I was wanting. Keeps good time and instructions are easy to follow. Would be nice if you were able to deselect either the date and Temp and show only the Clock.Also, the vendor was very nice and had quick response to my request to have a pdf copy of the manual as mine was misplaced or thrown out. Thank you Douk Audio. You all ROCK!!!

nice looking but no info on how to set it

I agree with the other reviews. Normally I don’t need to read instructions but remote that came with this unit has functions that don’t even match. Like it was made for something else. After failing to set it up correctly, I got out the instructions. That was an epic fail. The instructions are poorly translated and don’t match the remote either. I decided to let it run anyway as a display piece. Well as it cycles through it’s settings it shows the temperature. This pretty funny isn’t it appears to be showing the temperature of inside the lit tube. It reads over 89 F in a room that is about 73. Since you can’t set the date or time, the tubes don’t look authentic, the temperature is way off, and you can’t set the display color, I would stay clear of this product.

This is such a nice clock- I’ve tried others (VF-12’s) and they didn’t have any of the features (date, breathing lights) this one does.But i cannot figure out how to set the length of time it displays the date/time/temp. Instructions say hit ‘mode’ while it’s on, but that just takes you into configuring whatever function it’s displaying at the time.Otherwise, this isn’t the best timekeeper (every time you make it beep or change a setting it seems to lose a second of time), or thermometer (says it’s always 92-93F, i assume the sensor inside the case is warm from the ambient temp of the boost converter IC’s, so it’s not really accurate for telling temperature).But who cares, i got this thing to check out some big VFD’s in all their glory, and this shows them off great. All tubes work, are bright and well lit, and the RGB effect lighting is great too. Love this thing.

Temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. Other than that it is a nice product.

I've been slowly collecting modern pieces using tubes since I was given my grandfather's Grundig shortwave radio when he passed. This VFD clock is just what I was looking for. It is easy to operate and looks great! It's a great throwback to cold war era tech.

Very cool looking retro tube clock. Has way more features than I will use but it looks great and has a vintage vibe.

Not sure how long the lifespan for a clock like this should be, but the tubes have stopped working. The LED lights continue, but no more time. Kind of a bummer, because I liked this clock.
