Updated and not for the good
Update: 6 out of the 10 seeds have died already and the seeds that did produce vines are now making little baby cucumbers that are turning yellow and dying. I had a 100x60 foot garden in AR for years and never had any problems with cucumbers. I went to Walmart and got the muncher seeds and those are doing very well in the same spot as these "gormet" minis died. For almost $1 per seed these are not worth it. I planted these at the same time as I planted the green beans next to them. The cucumber plant on the bottom left has been that size for a couple weeks and it's not healthy. The only two seeds that are doing half decent are the ones in the middle. Very disappointed.

Very Large Vines and Cukes, was expecting much smaller from description.
All in all these seeds have grown very well. Massive 10’-12’ main vines with several branching vines. Easily covered my walkthrough arch trellis. Heavy producer with 2-3 fruits per node on most vines. However the description says plants grow 10”-12” and the “gherkins are tiny” and should be picked at 2”-4”. The fruits are no where near edible at that size and the vines are massive. I finally picked and ate one and it is not juicy at all, very crisp and tastes like a raw zucchini. I will try pickling some soon. That’s why I ordered these. But was looking forward to tiny gherkins. Not giant half cucumbers. Seem more like the F1 hybrids than gherkins. Maybe they mislabeled the seeds or perhaps they were cross pollinated at their farm. But they are good strong seeds and plants. Just not at all what I was expecting and nothing tiny like they show in the picture.

If I could give 10 stars I would.
The best plants I have ever grown. They struggled a bit in heatwaves but still produced. Row covers or partial shade are a must. The one in my greenhouse has been incredible…. 8-16 perfect delicious cucumbers per week from June to November from one plant! In greenhouse or partial shade though be prepared to provide climbing space the plant got absolutely huge. The pics I attached are of one plant! (We named her Brigid). I have ordered Persian cucumber seeds elsewhere and been disappointed. These were perfect- smooth skinned, crisp and delicious.

Got 11 seeds in packet, all 11 seeds sprouted.
Sprouted in just 4 days. The photo shows 10 days growth. So far, so good. Update: the ones we planted in our raised garden are only 2 feet tall, but the ones in the photos we put in pots are doing great. Seem to do best in partial sun, not direct sunlight.2nd Update: last picture added is of the cucumbers growing big fast on the plant, and it is only June 7th.

Poor germination rate
Only ten percent of seeds germinated.

Grow better in ground than in pot.
I have grown these cucumbers in the past for many years. They work well for pickles as well as eating off the vine in salads etc.The price per seed is huge but they do produce well and 2 or 3 plants are enough for a small family.Do not grow where other cucumbers are apt to cross pollinate.
