As a nonbinary AFAB person with a scientific background, I am always on the lookout for little daily improvements to optimize basic needs. I have found this in NannoPads when it comes to my menstrual cycle.Pros:-biodegradable-easy to use (compared to reusable menstrual products that require laundering)-comfortable - thin, no itching, reduced smell-work as advertised: they do indeed ease me and my wife’s cramps-fairly absorptive, decent coverageCons:-expensive-gendered nomenclature and advertising overall focusing on ‘women’s needs’ instead of simply ‘menstrual needs’ - which can encompass any gender-biodegradable plastic tears easily-not the stickiest adhesive backing-boxes often come damaged via shippingThe first con and last 3 cons are to be expected when using biodegradable materials and are cons I am personally willing to accept when it comes to environmental impact and the otherwise overall quality of the product performing as advertised. The second con - that of lacking gender inclusivity - I feel could be an easy, cost-effective fix that would greatly impact dedicated transgender and nonbinary users such as myself and have no negative affects to AFAB women.Overall, I and my wife will continue to use this product. I find I need to take minimal to no pain relief when using it, even while traveling out of state for work conferences, which is impressive in and of itself. This is compared to constant acetaminophen/Midol the first 3-4 days when not using it, even while working from home.Takeaway: I appreciate the R&D and actual delivering claims as promised into improving the overall menstrual experience and environmental impact for NannoPad’s customers, which is not often seen in this industry. I just wish that the advertising and wording was a bit more inclusive/neutral as well.

CVS use to sale these and stopped. I tried to by the rack after trying them once. Now I order from Amazon. These pads look small but are very absorbing! I like that they are natural and don’t contain dyes and fragrances. The charcoal some how, some way does help with cramps! This and Honey Pot pads are my go-to! Get them!!!

You guys, I cannot believe I’m writing a review about pads but holy crap! These are amazing! I bought them truly to pick apart all the claims they make about comfort, odor, & helping my cramps-I thought yeah right! But using these while having a really heavy period I’m a complete believer and will be switching to using just these. I had absolutely NO odor while using these and my usual super crippling cramps (I have a copper IUD) were barely noticeable!!! It’s insane! I’ve never gotten relief like that with any product! My periods are super heavy too-again copper IUD lady here. I was a complete skeptic but dang-these things are freaking life giving!! Buy them & use those HSA dollars!!!

This actually works!! I’m a high school English teacher and I work with up to 150 students, so when my period happens, I’m usually praying to survive. But when I used this product, I was able to go about my day with very mild symptoms. I was very pleased and surprised

Great pad! I’m super sensitive to most pads, unfortunately I can only use organic pads. I suffer from stage 4 Endometriosis and since using these pads I have noticed a difference in cramping. Definitely does what it says. At first I thought these are so thin how could they ever absorb much. however, on a heavy day where most pads leak these Nanno super absorbent pads actually kept me dry with no leaking! I haven’t been able to find them in my local stores! I can’t use a lot of other products because of my heavy flow and clots, I’m glad these have been working for me and I recommend them!

Tried these because of the reviews in a group I’m in. Here’s my take: if biodegradable is your number one priority then these are for you. If you are a heavy bleeder and like to feel dry, these will not deliver. I found that the panty liner and the regular size are fine, but you will have to change more often because they are not absorbent. When I put on the largest pad, I didn’t feel confident that I would be protected from leaks. I wore it around the house, but had to change within an hour cause it was wet, not even full but still wet and gross. When my hubs and I ran to the store, I changed into my Always pad because I just didn’t trust the nanno. Sorry. I wanted to like it. I’m always looking for alternatives. Also, I didn’t notice any assistance with cramping or anything.
