As a teacher, I am on my feet all day and am in desperate need of something to help my tired feet at the end of the day. I read the reviews before buying this product and I was warned that it was a rough experience. I decided to give it a go though. It was agonising beyond belief!! Such was the vice-like grip of this machine, I was unable to extract my poor foot at one stage and had to wait a further 5 seconds to pull it out while holding back tears. Thinking it was just me, I got my 27 year old son to try out the machine and within seconds he complained that it was 'excruciating' even on the low setting. Concept is good but settings need to be adjusted.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. I was very careful to try and buy one suitable for people with neuropathy and circulation issues as he is a diabetic who works outdoors in the cold. He has to be very careful to keep his circulation active and his feet warm.He absolutely loves this! He can set it to be as gentle or firm as he wants and the heat is going to be great after a day outdoors.He has used it several times already and it relaxes him to the point of nodding off!The only feedback he has given that could be worked on is one for the designers...can they design one that can be used with your feet raised? If they do, we will buy it!Best present of Christmas day and he will use it extensively.

I suppose how good this is depends on what you bought for. I bought it for a theraputic foot massage and for that purpose it is brilliant. I use it last thing every night to help me get off to sleep and for these reasons I highly recommend it. Pressure is applied by the compression sock and I keep it low otherwise it is brutal.However, if you have a painful foot problem then this is the last thing I would use as its going to hurt and I cannot see any benefit in using it. There is also the myth that you cannot use it if you have blood pressure, I researched this and an expert in massage dispelled this theory. In fact the relaxing feeling you get from using it may be a stress buster that helps lower blood pressure.

Wow!Seriously, anyone reading this don't hesitate, because I did and I can't believe the time I wasted in pain. This just feels like I have my own personal therapist, hits all the right spots and the compression? Oh wow I never knew I needed to have my feet squeezed, but I swear to god I want one for my whole body. Every bit of tension leaves, the blood circulates and after spending 10 hours on my feet in a busy kitchen, the sheer bliss I feel sinking my feet into this is phenomenal.100% satisfied with my purchase

To painful it aplies far to much pressure on the lowest setting i thought my feet were going to get jammed in there .there definitely something wrong with this item .still in pain

Having to send back as started to make a very high pitched whining sound and smelt like burning!!! Have ordered another just in case just a faulty one.

Apparently it's wonderful. Feels great and so simple to set up (Just plug in to machine and mains). I'm not sure if it reduces foot pain issues.

Unfortunately I found the massage setting painful and could only use the air pressure setting without discomfort. I have small feet (size 5) and high arches and I dont think my foot sat well in the machine. This meant there was alot of pressure on the balls of my foot which was painful, even on a low setting. I ended up returning the item as it did not help alleviate my foot pain and I wasnt able to use all settings so i didnt find it value for money.
