shipped me the wrong size
I've been ordering them and getting the correct thing consistently. Last order they shipped me a filter that was 5 inches too small. I didn't notice until I needed them and the HVAC person told me they were wrong. Too late to ship back and he already put the wrong size one in claiming it didn't matter. when I looked at it today, it was all tilted and sucked into the furnace vent. STUPID
