Who knew there was a difference in melting chocolates? I sure didn't! When I was looking to start making cake pops more often I started asking around in my 'cake groups' for ideas I was using another brand and didn't like the taste. My daughter wouldn't even consider eating anything made with them she hated the taste of the other brand. A few people in my group are cake business owners and suggested to try Merckens white ! I am so glad I listened! This tasted is great! They melt so easy! Coating a cake pop which had given me problems before because of the texture of the melted candy was difficult. With Merckens It was so eay! Cake pops coated and didn't fall off the stick! Couldn't believe my luck at first! So a couple days later I tried again. This time I added color to the white and WOW it worked the same way again! coated perfectly and smoothly! Tasted amazing. Merckens will be my only candy melt choice going forward. It tastes amazing.

Great flavor, and melts perfectly for those special impressive desserts I love to make for company and large parties. I will be ordering more whenever I need great dependable melting chocolates. Won't ruin your recipes like grocery store chocolate chips which aren't really high quality baking chocolate. I have ruined a few rather expensive desserts thinking I could use those less expensive chocolates. Won't make that mistake again, now that I have found really good, high quality baking chocolate. Had a friend recommend this brand to me and I'm glad I tried it. You won't regret the choice if you like impressive desserts that everyone will rave about. Give them a try when you are ready for great chocolates. Comes in white and dark chocolate.

This item was tricky to work with at first. I learned a double boiler method got this particular product too hot and it made it thick and unmanageable. Microwaving was better for this item. Once I figured that out, I had no issues.

Delivery was fast. This chocolate is perfect!

Only a three because of delivery reasons. I like the product, but will order from a different company (itsallsweet) next time. When I received the product it was just white liquid. Now I have to let it harden and break it up from a big block when I want to use it. Very inconvenient. I realize it was hot outside and I ordered chocolate. However, I ordered another bag from a different company at the same time and the packaging was much better. Nothing was melted. Have not had this problem with any other companies before.

They are good I prefer these ones but they are pricey I think it might just be the market right now a good flavor easy to use

Arrived quickly. Great super white color. Nowadays the white chips are off white or yellowish. Good quality, size or package and price. Used the Merckens Super White. Melted so easily and smoothly. Hardly needed to add any paramount chips at all. Quality appears to have improved and is much better than the dark chocolate chips.
