SO. GOOD.
This cake is SO good!! I've been gluten free for about 8 years, but recently I've been trying to reduce my sugar intake as well. Most baked goods/sweets that I've tried either have malitol in them, which hurts my stomach, or they have monkfruit/erythitol/other fake sugar - which leaves an unpleasant "cooling" kind of aftertaste. This only has stevia in it, and there is no weird taste at all! It just tastes like cake!It is a tad dry compared to "regular" cake, but being GF I'm used to that. I've had much, much worse. It's perfectly sweet and tasty, I don't think anyone would know it was low carb/low sugar at all. I LOVE the coconut flavor. I made the pan this afternoon and I keep snacking on it, just plain, no icing! It is pricey, but for me, totally worth it (again, I'm used to expensive GF alternatives, so it's relative) I'm going to order more right away, but I'm also going to try out freezing a few pieces, to make it all last longer.I will definitely be trying other products from this brand, and I'm excited to do so!

BUY THIS BROO!
okay, i was a bit skeptical about this cake because i’ve never had a cake on the keto diet so i was like “ cake and i’m trynna be healthy, sounds like a stretch “ but i bought it and i cooked it and i didn’t have any coconut oil so i used butter and i cooked it but for some reason it was taking a while to cook ( longer than she informs you to) but i waited for it to cool down and ate it and FKING MAGIC IN MY MOUTH! now to be honest, it was a tad bit dry but it was still good 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I LOVED IT AND I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR SWEETS ON THIS SWEET LESS DIET! 🤞🏽💛

Love this!
This is the 2nd time trying Good Dee's mixes and they are SO easy to make and tastes DELICIOUS! I follow a keto-flex diet and if I have Good Dees mixes on hand, it is way easier for me to steer clear of the usual not so good for you carb treats so easily available everywhere. This coconut cake mix is the perfect coconut flavor and texture. Initially I was worried since I like coconut, but do not necessarily LOVE coconut. This mix is perfect. I see some people have commented that this snack cake mix isn't sweet at all and to add your own sweetener. For me, It's perfect. Although I tend to veer toward more sweet, as I do Keto, I am training my taste buds away from a heavy sweet flavor and am slowly transitioning away from adding sweetener to things... this cake mix definitely helps with that. It is a subtle sweet that tastes amazing with a cup of my fatty coffee.

Used this for my keto birthday cake!
The flavor was good, and the cake was surprisingly moist (I removed it from my oven a minute or two earlier than the time on the package directions, the moment the cake passed the toothpick test). After the cake had cooled completely, I sliced the layer in half horizontally, then filled and frosted it with a luscious cream cheese buttercream that I made from Carolyn Ketchum’s “Keto Baking” cookbook. Then I lightly toasted some fine, organic, unsweetened coconut shreds and pressed them into the surface of the frosting. Both I and my husband, who loves desserts and baked goods made with regular wheat flour and cane sugar, loved it!

BUY IT NOW! You won’t regret it!
Celiac woman here! I love how many desserts are now available to gluten free peeps like myself. HOWEVER, most GF desserts have tons of sugar and end up inflaming my whole body ! Plus, experts are now stating Alzheimer’s is diabetes type 3! Thus, I became dedicated to a GF and sugar free lifestyle. I am so thankful for this company!! I no longer feel restricted or unable to indulge in treats !

Yum!
We made cupcakes using a 12 cake silicone mold and they worked perfectly. We put half of the batter into six of the molds then mixed in 2 tablespoons of Baker’s cocoa and made the remaining six. Both were delicious. We followed the directions to make sure that they were completely cool before removing them from the mold and there were no problems whatsoever. They are a bit more expensive than a traditional cupcake, but when you’re eating keto we feel that it’s worth it for an occasional snack.

It’s yummy 😋
Overall, I give this 5 stars. I enhanced the cake with a few add ins. I added lemon flavor (about a tablespoon) and about a quarter cup of blueberries. I also made a cream cheese, buttercream icing. I added vanilla and lemon flavor to that. I toasted coconut and sprinkled on top. I am VERY happy with this product. Honestly folks- we all know grain free cakes are not quite exactly like a normal cake BUT this is as close as you can get. I also don’t feel gross after eating it. I don’t like the price but in the end, it’s worth it. I will continue to pay this because it is delicious and because it helps me stay the course with Keto.

Awesome
I make 12 potions in a bun tray instead of one large cake, to control potions better. I eat one with whipped double cream and keto maple syrup. It’s my guilty pleasure.

yeah it was pretty good, i ended up eating the whole cake myself cause I was craving sweets which kinda defeated the purpose of the diet TT

Tastes great alone
Overpriced for the quantity but that is the same for the company directly great that Amazon stocks this as it’s not available anywhere else In the UK currently

OK, don't expect the image on the packet
Bit of a let down. Image of the cake on packet is not what you get. Nothing provided for frosting or ingredients for that. Cake made hardly feeds 12. Tastes OK but not worth the money for what you actually get.

Easy option for a keto cake
Good flavor, really easy to make. I looked up a recipe for keto cream cheese frosting and that worked out pretty well. Actually tasted better the next day. Will buy again.
