Easy to fit and easy to use
This product arrived within 24 hours, securely packed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a doddle to fit and is just the job!

East to install but short lifespan
Thought this was a fab idea as I already had a plumber round to fit a new one to my shower as the water pole goes into the loft, quite a bit of work so labour was £50 plus parts. This is a great cheap alternative but unfortunately the plating comes off really quickly and looks very unsightly and sharp bits fall off in the shower. I am now on my third one as the second one snapped in the middle despite not adjusting the height. Will see how many I need in a year vs the plumber cost with an Aqualisa one but the one I put up two weeks ago has already started to peel around where the shower head sits.

Requires some tweaking
The basic product is fine, made from reasonably sturdy materials. However, the final assembly leaves a bit to be desired. The part that holds the shower head can be loose, if the screw just seems to turn an you cannot tighten it then you have to do a bit of reassembly.Remove the rail screw all the way out, remove the rail gripping rectangular rubber. Slide out the clamp assembly. You will need to use something to press against the white cross part from inside the rail cutout. I used an allen key to hold it in place. Once you have done that align the head holder on the cross and then carefully put the screw in.You will find that it needs to be quite firmly tightened up - but be careful not to over-tighten otherwise you will thread it out.Reassembly is to align the clamp on the sliders (take your time, get it right), screw in the clamp nut and pop the rubber back. You may have to tighten the head holder slightly depending on your needs but no disassembly is required to do that. After that it is good, holds a Mira Triton shower head very well. It’s not going to last forever, but neither did the Mira one in my case and at a 1/4 of the price I can live with that.
