I bought these for a relative who needs incontinence care for night time. They are very absorbent and comfortable for the patient.

Really thought I'd like this product, very absorbent. The edges that go between your legs and the tabs against your body very scratchy needs to be improved.

Tena is the best diaper especially the Tena care, the best of the best, I also have worn many brands but always go back to the Tena brand.Thank you Tena for doing a great job. Well be buying again and again.

We used this product in a rehab facility for my incontinent husband. Was pleased with it there especially convenience of putting it on without having to pull over the feet like a brief. Ordered for home . Holds urine remarkably well!! And this is not its most absorbent product either!

This product does absorb well but they are complicated to get on. I am sorry I ordered this style (and so many). These are more like old-school baby diapers with modern velcro fasteners. My wife has Alzheimer's and has occasional accidents but she still goes to the bathroom on her own. These diapers are too complicated with four strap-like parts plus the bulky pad, she will get it off but will never be able to get it back on. My fault, now back to find a pull-up type.

I have bought this product for the last two years. In the last couple of orders there has been a design change and diminished quality. Even though I have lost weight I feel there is less coverage. The pad doesn’t seem to hold the volume they have held in the past. Disappointing product.
