beware of size.
These bangles are very well made and have a great finish. I decoupaged mine and didn't need to do anything to prepare the surface. I have a large hand and the large size is perfect. I have some friends with larger hands and the x-large is perfect for them. If you can squeeze into department store bangles, even if it's uncomfortable, then the large will work. Otherwise, go for the x-large.

These are nice but one of them was horribly dis colored. Depending on how you are going to use them it may or may not matter.
