This is a great machine. Beautiful grey color. Makes a great cup of coffee as well as a smooth, frothy cappuccino. We look forward to many years of use.

Our new Special Edition Keurig K•Cafe C is a gem. Easy to use and maintain. Our daughters love the Latte feature. It also looks great on the counter compared to our older clunky Keurig. I have read that many people can't get the frother to work properly. I have done some testing on my own and have discovered that only true dairy products will froth properly. Soy, almond and coconut milk will heat, but will not froth properly. Same goes for non-dairy creamers like Coffee-Mate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, only what people are putting in it. To sum it up, hot coffee in 30-50 seconds depending on size and cappuccinos/lattes in 3 minutes. Great product, yummy coffee and less trips to Starbucks, et al.

I have only had this for a month and the frother no longer turns on and will not work. No lights, no heat, no froth. Not to be confused with the fact it can’t brew coffee and froth at the same time. That’s a whole other issue.

Starting to love it so far

This machine is sooooo much better to use than the Tassimo...we can fill the K-pods with expresso and enjoy our coffees at a tenth of the cost of which we were spending on the Tassimo unit. The frother, which u must use the lid while frothing, is WONDERFUL! We use half/n/half and millk. The 100% whole milk works great - such FROTH - WOW ..am impressed. I bought extra Keurig reusable k-pods ...have three of them - nice for company!

Easy to use with perfect results. I used milk, oat milk, and heavy cream and it handles them all. Way cheaper than my favorite coffee shop. Now, I stay home, save the cash, and avoid those tempting scones.
