I make a drink with these, boil them up with a gallon of water for about an hour and then put it in the fridge. I heat it up to drink it as I prefer it warm. It is delicious and medicinal, is used in Chinese medicine for post partum recovery and for replacing nutrients lost during menstruation. It also helps with insomnia. Don't overdo it though as it will give you loose stools. These dates are good quality. They are free of fungus, good color and full. I continue to buy them and have not been disappointed. The price is good too

I’ve purchased dried red dates before, but never from this vendor. There is a strange film all over the inside of the bag, the dates are rock hard and the company does not allow refunds. Do not purchase. You are basically throwing your money away.

I got the Jujube fruit because is calming, full of vitamins and antioxidant, but is also such a good snack, I can't stop eating them...

Probably takes time to work. Cut up dates, put them in hot water to soak over night. Squeeze out the juice and drink it.

This is what I am looking for. The quality is pretty good, and the price is compatitively low. It is authentic Chinese specialty. It is said that eating red dates every day, keep doctors away!
