Absolutely authentic Chicago taste!
We grew up in the Chicago area, eating "Italian beef sandwiches" and loving them. We have lived in the East Coast fir 50+ years, where no one has even heard of "Italian beef." So we treated ourselves to these sandwiches whenever we were in Chicago, even just at Midway or O'Hare airport. We yearned for that iconic taste. Until we recently found an online recipe for Italian beef, using shaved steak. The recipe suggested Marconi giardiniera, so we ordered it. Spectacular sandwich! Absolutely authentic Chicago taste! We are thrilled to have found this!

How did I live without this???
I had never tasted this before. Tried it on a sandwich and was blown away. It has the perfect amount of heat and tanginess. I’m totally addicted. Gives a boring sandwich just the right amount of zing. Yum!

Arrived damaged
One of the jars arrived damaged, and there are no returns even for damaged items. The plastic safety seal was completely loose and the top had lost its vacuum seal. It leaked oil. I had to throw out
