If you want to use this program to make cards or projects with photos or JPEGs that you import, then it seems to work pretty well. But the program advertises that it comes with "275,000 sensational graphics." And if you want to insert those into your project, it is incredibly inconvenient and time consuming to find the ones you want. In the old, Sierra, version of Print Artist, all of the graphics, including the ones you imported, were stored in a library, which you could search by typing in a search word -- for example, "heart" if you wanted to make a card with an image of a heart on it. In this version of the software, if you type in heart, it will only show you the hearts available in whatever folder of the library you happen to have opened. And the program's graphics library is divided into dozens of folders. So you would have to open each one that might contain a heart, and search it individually. But this is only for the graphics that are included on the installation DVD, a small percentage of the supposed 275,000. Most of the graphics are on a 2nd, "Bonus DVD." This cannot even be imported into the program's graphics library, but instead can only be searched by opening one of the many dozens of folders, and looking through the images one at a time. So if you want to use any of these graphics you need a ton of free time on your hands. It's infuriating that a program I bought 12 years ago from Sierra worked so much better than this current version.

i installed this program years ago on my computer that used windows 7 .... i later updated to windows 10 and the program ran perfectly and i used it often to create very high quality cut and paste photos .... i recently installed a windows 10 upgrade which crashed my computer .... after reinstalling windows 10 i lost this program ... i liked it so much that i purchased a copy from this seller and it arrived on time .... however , the program would not install .... my computer does not recognize the 32 bit installer on this dvd .... snif snif .... so i had to return it ..... but i would buy from this seller again ....

I really, really miss Sierra Print Artist. Even though Print Artist has many more graphics,there's almost too many and I don't really like many of them. Compared to other programs similar to print artist however I do like print artist the most but end up taking graphics from them and inserting them in my projects on print artist. This new print artist is not as friendly as the original print artist either. I wish that there was a smaller program with less graphics and easier to manipulate.

For those wary of purchasing this program, do not hesitate to buy it. You literally can do just about anything you want. It is truly a family program. Many interests for a wide range of ages makes it worthwhile. My machine is a Windows 7 64-bit and it is fully compatible. Many others are not. There are so many catagories and choices to choose from. Have been using it for almost two months. Thoroughly enjoy it!

I was only able to load it 2 times and then it quit. I had two computer crashes and then wanted to put it on my laptop. I don't know if that was engineered into it or not, but if it was, it makes me angry. The program itself was OK, when I could get it to load.

we received the new product and it is satisfactory. We have used it to make cards now for about a year and find it fairly easy to use.

I have used easier and better programs--for example, 'greeting cards' is all inclusive and you must run thru a long long list to find one you want to use (such as birthday, sympathy, graduation etc are all in one folder.) I do not like this program and will replace it very soon.

I have been using Print Artist for a number of years. It's a great program and almost idiot-proof. I recently bought a new computer running Windows 7, and had to upgrade some of my software...Print Artist being one. Amazon had the best price, excellent service & delivery. I would not hesitate to buy software from Amazon again, as needed.
