It looks beautiful to the eye. Only issue is if you put heavy/creamy soap in it, the pumping mechanism won't work. It has to be very watery.

Soap doesn't dispense correctly. Seems clogged all the time.

Make no mistake: this item is gorgeous in appearance, but in functionality it is an epic fail. I value and rely upon customer reviews when I am purchasing an item, but I failed to take heed to the common complaint cited in other reviews. Indeed, this soap pump dispenser leaks and leaks badly. I cannot even determine the exact location of the leak. It appears to be flowing from somewhere in the middle of the main body of the unit as the soap runs down the middle of the hearts area and flows to a big puddle on my vanity. The manufacturers should fix this defect that other customers have complained about. This is a beautiful looking product and I would have paid more for it with pleasure as long as it worked properly. As it stands, I have no choice but to return this for a refund.

Very nice works great completes set. This also came scratched think someone has a serious issue with this set or my purchases.

I bought the entire set for my powder room and am very pleased.

I love the design of the soap pumped, but made very cheap only had it for about 2 months and now leaks soap at the pump. I should of known considering I didn't pay very much for it.
