Should Be Standard Issue with these Commercial Ovens
Though the glass door that comes with this oven series is more aesthetically appealing, glass is simply not practical for a commercial kitchen. Our door broke within one week of having our new oven, shattered from a simple tap of a ceramic coffee mug.This stainless steel door is virtually indestructible. It looks nice, is easy to install, and is sturdy enough to withstand the daily abuse of being used in a commercial kitchen. If you bought one of the CADCO glass door ovens, it's only a matter of time until you'll need one of these. Though they are three times the price of a glass replacement door, I highly recommend this upgrade if you are using this in a commercial environment. You won't regret it.
