Princess Posey and the First Grade Ballet (Princess Posey, First Grader)

I love this series and first discovered it in my classroom. My 6yr old was able to read it and comprehend it in 45mins. She said it was interesting and she could relate.

These Princess Posey books are really wonderful. I don't have time for myself to read anymore with work, two kids, and a homestead to care for, so reading with my 1st grader is all we can fit in. It can be hard to find books that are also captivating for mom - but these are it for me! We spend weekend mornings laying in bed together reading these books. I love that there's a variety so we don't get bored. Very good books and an easy read for my first grader. She needs some help, but does really well on her own.

My kiddo loves this book! It has a strong and sensitive main character, and good lessons on kindness and thoughtfulness. We will definitely purchase other books in this series!

Stumbled upon this series by accident. My daughter (in 1st grade) was worried that they were too difficult for her (she had never read a chapter book by herself before). She had read book 1 by the end of 1st grade and I could hardly keep up with her as fast as she was finishing them. She's read all the books multiple times and still loves them (in 3rd grade). Cute stories with good lessons.

My 2nd grade daughter LOVES this series!

My 7 yr old daughter has dyslexia so reading is a real challenge for her. This is a GREAT series for girls, especially struggling readers. It helps build their reading confidence because, like their classmates, they are reading a "chapter book" but the chapters are short and it is easy to read. I told her 2nd grade teacher about this series because she was not familiar with it, and plan to purchase it for their classroom.

Wonderful chapter book for young readers. Also shows a wonderful mother daughter family.
