The generous 4 thick by 15" diameter seat and coordinating seat back are covered in a breathable vinyl that coordinates with the logo colors and is screen printed with a specially formulated epoxy vinyl paint that produces a sharp crisp and durable logo. This stool comes with a 1 year residential warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or materials. There is a Lifetime Warranty on the swivel. Stool rated for up to 350 lbs.
