If you get a good one, it's a good camera. If you get a crappy one, it's not so good. Warranty claims are a hassle to deal with.
Revised Review:I now have a "new" refurbed camera. The first camera was bad from day one, I just did not know how bad it was. (LEDs died w/in months, the PQ was not all that great, and the camera completely died about 2 years and 3 months from the DOP.) The company replaced it with a "new" refurbed unit and it's really doing great. The PQ is very good (much better than the original camera) and now that I have full LEDs working the night view is excellent. And I'm very thankful for the 3 year warranty. However I still have a problem with a company that demands a credit card to process a warranty return. And I had to pay shipping both ways to get a warranty replacement camera.UPDATE (2014): I contacted the company and they said the repair was under warranty, however I had to provide them a credit card to pay for any "other" costs to repair it and cover the cost of shipping it back to me. If it's under warranty, that means they should pay to at least send it back to us after it's fixed and some companies even pay to return it to them. And there certainly should not be any "other" costs to fix it. I could tell by the way the guy was talking this was a con. That after they get it back they "find" all sorts of things that the warranty does not cover and the only way to get it back is agree to pay them more money to fix it. Been there, done that, never again.UPDATE II: It's 9/4/15, This camera was purchased 9/11/12. It's within the 3 year warranty. The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act only requires that I notify the company the camera has died (LONG TIME AGO) and I want it repaired/replaced. The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act specifically excludes the purchaser from having to pay anything other than to return it item for repair/replacement. Clearly the Vitek policy is contrary to the law. (see comments if you are curious.)UPDATE: 10/18/15. The camera was sent back and replaced with a refurbed unit. It seems to be working fine and it's great to have all the LEDs working again. I had to pay shipping both ways. I'm happy it had a 3 year warranty, but didn't like the run around to get warranty repairs.

A complete waste of time - DO NOT BUY
I'm an electrical engineer and am familiar with IP cameras, so I bought a pair of these cameras as a cheap/simple solution to a warehouse monitoring job. First problem, the webviewer did not show the streaming image, except from one legacy winXP system. Called customer support - never got through! Emailed - no response in the last 7-days. Second problem, the documentation does NOT list the image URL, so, unless you purchase the Vitek image server, there is NO WAY TO RECORD IMAGES to a 3rd party image server. Second call to support, same result. Isn't that why you buy these cameras, to record the image stream? Save your time, buy an Axis or Vivotek.Hey, what do you know, finally got through to Brian at Vitek customer service. "Upon further research, the cameras you have will not work with the free NVR software we have available on our website. If you would like to use these cameras with a Vitek NVR, you will need to purchase our Multi-Vendor software from an authorized Vitek distributor." No thanks Brian, I'll send them back.
