Not really helpful for my hives.
Ordered it for my bout of hives and received it after the horrible ordeal had almost ended. I still had an itch but felt almost no comfort when I applied it. I had applied everything I could think of and what helped the most was essential oils like lavender, peppermint and soaking in a tub of warm water and a solution of half cup of baking soda and half cup of corn starch. I also took Zyrtec and it alleviated most of the symptoms except the itch. I also made a cold packs with Dawn and a bit of alcohol and placed it in a quart sized freezer bag. I was miserable for a week after being bitten by fleas which in turn caused the hives. I had no idea what I had, thought the fleas were hunting me and only me because nobody else was getting bit! When I finally did, 8 miserable days had already passed and I was getting desperate. I had taken Benadryl but that only made me sleep all day and didn't help the itch. This solution really did not help and the itch was not so bad at the point when I applied it.

Better Than Drug Store Options
I purchased this due to extreme itching due to psoraisis. The cream worked very well initially and was effective all day, but, after a few weeks, the itching would start to return in the afternoon (and I did not have any opportunity to reapply). But, I did experience better itch relief with this than any of the drug store over the counter type creams, so, I would say this is highly recommended.

Itching Relief!!!
After looking at the reviews I ordered this for my dad who has been plagued with itching on his foot for several years. Drs. where unable to determine the cause of the itching and nothing helped. He has tried this and so far, so good. No itching. He is not able to sleep though the night. He uses a very small amount and does not need to lather it on. Highly recommend this product.

This is the only thing we have found that relieves the itch that my daughter experiences on her lower legs in the winter. Well worth the expense.
