fine, but ZERO instructions
You're totally on you're own on this one. The only clues on what to do are in the photos that come with the product on this product page. Even a link to a youtube or other site where to find some instructions would be helpful. The separate bags aren't event labeled as to which resistance level is which. Again, it seems the only clues are in the photos on this page.

made for larger fingers/hands
My husband had a hand injury and the finger stretchers were one of the tools used by the therapist. I bought these for him to continue working his hand at home, which has been helpful for him. The finger holes are kind of large - great for him, but I found that they just fell off of my fingers

Durable & easy to use - only negative is that you get an assortment of strengths In an order instead of being able to order from easy to very hard depending on the individuals you are working with - perfect for personal use alone as you can start light & up the resistance.
