Amazon Basics Foldable Concertina Indoor Clothes Airer, 74.9 x 36.8 x 106.2 cm (LXWXH), Chrome

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this indoor clothes airer as it's described as Amazon Basics. For the price I paid I thought it was very good value for money, it was slightly larger than I expected which was all to the good, its reasonably sturdy and can easily take the weight of jeans straight from the washing machine. I liked the finish and although I keep mine up most of the time it is easy to collapse if I need to store it away for any reason.

Great string and sturdy clothes airer, easy to use and store

Had a couple similar to this but were very weak metal and eventually broke. This one is a bit smaller but far more robust. Not heavy or anything but I think it’s built to last . For the price and design you won’t get any better. Much easier to set up don’t have to assemble just lift out of the box.

There are always times when an indoor clothes airer is going to be needed and, after much searching on Amazon, I decided to buy this product.Delivered in a sturdy cardboard box which gave good protection, this is the stainless steel model with black hanging rails. It was very stiff to open up at first, and to keep it upright the top section has to be fitted onto the opposite rail. At the moment, this is also very stiff but only because the product is new.There is a mass of storage space and plenty of room between the hanging rails so that clothes are not clinging to one another - so making drying faster. I did like the design at the top. It has a number of close hanging rails for smaller items, such as socks perhaps, but could also be used for clothing that needs to be dried flat.This is quite a sizeable item (width-wise), wider than my old one, but it is so lightweight I have hung it on a couple of over-door coat hooks inside a hallway cupboard. Perfect. Out of the way until needed and so light it doesn't put any presser on the door - or the hooks, for that matter.If you are looking for a basic indoor clothes airer, I don't think you need look any further. This is perfect for the purpose. If you do intend placing it outside, I would suggest not using it in breezy/windy conditions else it could easily be blown over. That being said, this is designed for indoor use - or perhaps for use on a balcony. Easy 5 star rating left for this product and I will certainly be recommending it to friends.

There's basic and there's basic. Even purchasing on Prime Deal day I'd say it was overpriced. Not big enough for a family load. Would be great for a pensioner or disabled person as it is quite small and easy to use. My last airer was bigger, sturdier and a third of the price. I wouldn't want to pay more than, say, £14 tops for this. I'll be returning it.

Simple design, can get a wash load on, folds away nicely

I am using this to dry beeswax wraps after making them. Provides a good amount of hanging space, cleans easily and takes up very little space when folded up.

Acheté pour sa taille, il permet à la fois d'étendre une quantité intéressante de vêtements et quand on ne l'utilise pas il ne prend pas de place, on peut ainsi le range à la verticale facilement dans un placard. Le système pour le déplié et le plié est basique mais efficace et solide.Je vous le recommande si vous ne souhaitez pas avoir un séchoir qui prend la moitié de la pièce et si vous souhaitez le cacher facilement quand vous n'en avez plus besoin.
