5x5 frames are not common. This one arrived in the absolutely best packing I have ever seen. And the frame was absolutely gorgeous. A great buy.

Lousy packaging!! Broken glass.
Who ships a frame with glass in a plastic envelope with just a sleeve of bubble wrap???? The frame is intact but the glass is broken. VERY disappointed and I am NOT happy. Now I either ship this thing back or find replacement glass on my own. Yep it was a real genius that packed this product for mailing. 😡😡😡
