I’ve had my cat for 7 years and can not believe I didn’t get this sooner! This scooper works miracles! It is super sturdy while scooping and very easy to take the scooper top off to throw away the whole bag. I hated cleaning my cat’s litter box but with this scooper it has made it so fast and easy.

This makes life so much easier! It’s so easy to use and no mess. The quality is great!

Hi this is a good sturdy scoop and a neat idea. The only problems I have is that it’s a bit awkward to use as it is a bit big in my litter box and you have to be careful to sift the litter before tilting back or the bin fills with litter. Maybe my litter box is too small for it. Otherwise really great invention.

Although this product works as it should there are a few observations I’d like to offer The holding area for the used litter is too small. I scoop my litter box every day. This box is used by only one cat. I couldn’t finish scooping the box without having to insert another bag. That brings me to my next observation. The bags are too flimsy. I attempted to remove the bag with the used litter by pulling it out by the handles. One of the handles broke. My last observation is that the plastic scoop often pops off when you’re scooping. This product has potential but the observations I noted need to be fixed or improved upon

When I opened my package the scoop was damaged from one of the flap hinges that keeps the litter inside the scoop. They are flimsy and made of plastic. I'm unsure who thought it'd be a good idea to design them so poorly. The school handle itself is easily detachable and breaks in half while scooping. I used the defective scoop only a handful of times and encountered this error as well.I was fortunate enough to get a hold of the Neater Scooper customer service representatives and they are shipping out a new scoop for me. I'm truly looking forward to trying out the product without the defects. I am very impressed with their polite tactfulness to help me resolve my issue.

I had high hopes for this litter scooper but it does not perform as I had hoped. the bags are way too small and the scoop is way too big as it barley fits in the litter box lengthwise and does not fit widthwise, I have one with high sides, and is very hard to shake out the waste in the limited space left. While sifting the cat litter the trap door opens and lets unused litter inside the bag wasting a lot of usable litter. The bag is just about full after just one scoop! If you clean your litter box every time your cats use it it should be fine with the bag size but if not it is way too small for even 2x a day cleaning even using separate bags each time and I only have one 12lb full size adult male cat! Save your money on this one.

The small container is rapidly filled to the point the contents block the trap door allowing what you have scooped to escape. Would be better if door could be auto locked and require a button being pushed to release it but then again, there hardly any room for the scooped contents. One litter box took me three bags to partly empty until I finally gave up and went back to my wire scoop. I have three litter boxes for three cats and would need a unending stream of bags to keep this thing going. Great concept but no way to scale up size to make it efficient or practiable. Maybe if you could attach it to a shop vac.... LOL Sorry. I'm returning mine.

I only have a 3 month old kitten right now, but this is an amazing gadget. I have 2 litter boxes and by the time I scoop both at the end of every day, the container is about half full (again, keep in mind kitty poo/pee is less in quantity). I've left it sitting to the end of the second day and don't notice any stink (provided your clumping cat litter does its job for odour control).Very easy to use and I will continue to use this for my cat, the only thing I find funny is there is an area where you could add a hook to hang this...but then the lid stays open, I would imagine it might start to stink if you still have the clumps in there, so I don't hang mine but leave it flat on the floor. The scoop is angled up so it doesn't touch the floor when laying flat. Would highly recommend this!
