Sun Joe SJ1440SG 1440 Watt Battery Powered Portable Ind/Out Inverter Generator, Green

Was looking for a lithium ion, rechargeable generator. This took at least 24 hours to fully charge and it is really really heavy but for the money it has the most power I've been able to find. Fortunately for me I haven't had to use it yet during a power outage but at least I have something that could charge my full size refrigerator if needed.

Haven’t had to use it yet, but it seems like a quality product. Heavy duty and I don’t have to worry about gas, fumes, or it getting stolen since I can use it inside.**Update**Either the screen or the power button no longer work unless is plugged in and charging. It seems to still provide power, but when it’s not plugged into the wall the screen will not turn on.**update #2**DO NOT BUY. It comes with a warrant but I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for over 3 weeks with no luck. I have a $700 brick. I can’t get past an automatic response no matter what. I will never make the mistake of buying from them again.

I bought it for possible power cuts (PG&E's doing) so I haven't needed it yet but it is well built, lots of options for use. Bought a couple of 100 watt solar panels for it. It is very heavy, so you need two people to pick up and load but it does travel well with its wheels

I bought this for my girlfriend sick kid she needs to run hospital equipment in the house she loves it

You can buy better generators with more KWs with less money. This is a rip off
