SunStar Natural Gas Heater Infrared Tube 125000 BTU 30L

After having this installed, out of the box it wouldn’t start up. Turns out the brand new fuse was bad. Ok... replaced the fuse. Then, after finally having it work perfectly for about 12 hours, it stopped working completely. From the manual that is about as descriptive and helpful as a wet blanket, our installer determined that the transformer was bad. We are now in the process of trying to replace the transformer. Why are so many parts not working from the start? Can we find a transformer locally? Who know. May the odds be ever in our favor.We are so disappointed in the quality of this product. If we could return it and even get half of our money back, we would be delighted. Spend your money on something that might actually work like it should for longer than 12 hours.Update: It was finally determined that an entire part is missing from this heater, which caused the transformer to overheat and die. Unbelievable waste of money. Avoid.
