The headphones are very pretty but some of the rhinestones are coming off after only having these for a week. I only use them while sitting at my computer so it isn't like they are taking a beating. Also sometimes I lose sound on one side until I jiggle the cord.

Terrible product, I gave them to my daughter for her birthday and two weeks later they don't work. Apparently we are no longer eligible for a return because we are a few days over the "30 day return" policy. Huge disappointment!

My daughter absolutely loves her headphones. So far no issue. She loves the fact that it collapses
