Stone meets a young lady at a party hosted by the DA. A party celebrating the successful conclusion of a big case.The woman is murdered while Stone is picking up Chinese food for a late night dinner with the victim. He returns to find her dead.Subsequently people around Stone are murdered in a similar fashion.Stone tries to protect himself and his close friend while trying to unmask the killer.

I really enjoy reading Stone Barrington adventures. In this his 5th story he is solving a string of murders which he is tied too!

The Stone Barrington books never fail. I've been a big fan of 007 my whole life. I was tickled pink when I found what I consider the American edition. Yes there are many many difference. But, I don't care. It's my comparison and I'm sticking to it.
