Check your stem size first before ordering
I have given this item 5 stars because it is of good quality and is exactly what I ordered unfortunately it is not a universal size and does not fit the bike I am repairing. Please check the size of the one you are replacing before you order I wish I had.Also I cannot rate the comfort of this item as I have not fitted it.

Wrong colour
As others have mentioned, despite ordering the chrome option I got the black one. While the product appears to be working fine, the despatch department doesn't seem able to follow basic instructions.

Raleigh bike stem is really durable and strong. Very nice design. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars because of the length of this product. I wish they made little longer Product.
