Hyland’s Calms Forte' Sleep Aid Tablets, Natural Relief of Nervous Tension and Occasional Sleeplessness, 100 Count (Pack of 3)

The three box purchase is less expensive per box than buying them one box at a time. The Calms Forte works well, but not as well as their former products lablelled "Sleep" and "Insomnia", which the company seems to have discontinued for whatever reason. Those products worked super well as a sleep aid and I hope the company resurects them in the future.

This stuff works so well to relax you. But not too much to where you don’t want to do anything. I take it after a long day at work to help wind down my busy body and brain before bed . It is also good if you are having nervous tension or anxiety throughout the day. It will not make you sleepy and not able to function.

I had to stop using Benedryl for sleep, and you can't use melatonin every night, so I tried these since they are plant-based, and they really work with no side effects. They don't drug you, they just calm you so you can fall asleep normally, like chamomile tea without having to get up in the middle of the night to pee. :)

Superior, fantastic product - I just wish the price point wasn't so HIGH.Will definitely purchase again ... hopefully it will be on sale?

If I could provide 3.5 Stars, I would.Here is why:Good product. I chew 2 - 3 tablets when I wake up throughout the night. This is only if I have 3-4 hours, preferably 4+ hours, of available sleep prior to needing to wake up; otherwise, if I take the multiple tablet dose, I run the risk of feeling mentally sluggish when I wake up.

This medication helps my nervous friend relax and sleep. Processing and delivery were within 1 day and packaging withheld rainstorm delivery.

Relaxing and works fine. Not a heavy feeling when waking.
