Side effects
I’m sure this might be a good product for some people, but my husband and I have tried taking it several times, and each time it has caused both of us to have diarrhea after taking 1 capsule per day for a couple of days and that is why I am giving it only 1 star. Wish I was able to return unused capsules since this didn’t work for us.

Getting enough of this mineral can help prevent or treat chronic diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and migraine.Bone healthWhile most research has focused on the role of calcium in bone health, magnesium is also essential for healthy bone formation. Research from 2013 has linked adequate magnesium intake with higher bone density, improved bone crystal formation, and a lower risk of osteoporosis in females after menopause. Magnesium may improve bone health both directly and indirectly, as it helps to regulate calcium and vitamin D levels, which are two other nutrients vital for bone health.DiabetesResearch has linked high magnesium diets with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Powdery but does the trick
Does its job for sure, but the powder being all over every capsule is a bit annoying hence it losing one star. I buy the same bottle from a store and it has no powder on the pills. I’m not sure if Amazon just sells the bottom of the barrel stuff and that’s why it’s like that or what. It’s annoying but overall I don’t thinkkkk the efficacy is much different.
